A last independent read of the packed financial chapters, exhibits, and confirmations before the file leaves the building.
This is not a second full audit. It is a cold read of the file you intend to lodge: financial chapters, exhibits, bank letters, board resolutions on capital, and the cross-references between them. We look for broken ties, exhibits that drifted from the narrative, and confirmations that expired or were addressed to the wrong entity.
The engagement suits applicants who already have internal finance and counsel, and who want one more pair of eyes that has not lived inside the draft for six months. We return a short note, a list of holds, and — if the file is clean — a statement that the financial exhibits are internally consistent as at the review date.
