These terms govern use of datacomputebase.digital, operated by DataCompute Base Advisory from 49, Bandar Baru Jaya Gadi, 26070 Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia. By using the site you agree to them. An engagement for professional work is governed by a separate engagement letter, not by this page.

The site

The site describes financial examination services for e-wallet and e-money applications. Content is informational. It is not a regulatory filing, not legal advice, and not an offer to act as statutory auditor of your financial statements. Publishing a page does not create a client relationship.

Enquiries

Sending the contact form or telephoning the practice is a request for a conversation. We may decline work that falls outside our scope, that presents a conflict, or that we cannot staff in the time you need. No booking is confirmed until both sides have signed an engagement letter.

Fees and payments

This website does not take payment. Any fee is set in the engagement letter and invoiced offline. Indicative ranges mentioned in conversation are not a quote until they appear in that letter.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, and the DataCompute Base Advisory name on this site belong to the practice. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the site as a template for another advisory practice or scrape it for training data without written permission.

Accuracy

We take care with descriptions of our work. Application requirements change. You remain responsible for reading the rules that apply to your entity and for the contents of any file you lodge.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, no automated harvesting of contact details, and no submission of false identities on the enquiry form.

Liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Pahang have jurisdiction over disputes about the website, without limiting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
